Country Club The neighborhood's boundaries are Pelham Bay Park to the north, Eastchester Bay to the east, Lafayette Avenue to the south, and the New England Thruway to the west. Pelham Bay Park (including Orchard Beach), the largest public park in New York City, is located at Country Club's northern border. Residents are approximately 2 miles from City Island in Eastchester Bay. Country Club is bordered to the west by the Bruckner Expressway and the Throgs Neck Expressway, and to the east by the Throggs Neck Bay.
