Mr. Cohn was very accommodating to them, in their search and in answering any questions. I was extremely impressed with his response time in answering the questions I had. He had all the answers at his fingertips and was very polite. Additionally, he was accommodating with the payment of the rent, security, and brokers fee.

My son and I contacted him with a completely unreasonable need we had, to switch last minute from dorm accommodations at Fordham to a nearby apartment. We had some very specific requirements and only days to work with. Dennis was reassuring and helpful from the start and never pressured us for a moment. Beyond that, he worked tirelessly on option after option until ultimately, within only days, landing us the perfect situation! Dennis was responsive late in the evening, early in the morning and even on Saturday and Sunday! He communicated every step of the process so there were no surprises and even walked us through customizing a sublease to fit our needs. I can’t thank him enough for making such a big impact for us at a time we really needed it and for his professionalism and good nature that made it a pleasure to work with him as well.
